A bereavement is often difficult to cope with in its own right, and many people find it challenging to then address the duties which are required in order to administer the deceased person’s estate. We will assist you in doing this as quickly and efficiently as possible.

We will engage with state agencies, financial institutions and valuers if required, complete the HM Revenue & Customs Inheritance Tax submission and prepare all documentation required by the NI Court Service in order to obtain the a Grant of Probate. We will ensure that all liabilities are discharged, assets accounted for and ultimately transferred to the beneficiaries as per the Deceased’s Will.

 

Whilst every estate is different, and the process can be time consuming, we will keep you updated at all stages, and minimize any stress, anxiety or worry during the process.
